Donations and Gratitude

This website does not operate as a traditional store or shop. Instead, we accept donations to support the development and maintenance of the Pepecoin Nodes Map. As a token of our gratitude for your donation, you will receive specific items such as markers and skins.

Any suggested donation amounts listed are purely indicative of the donation amount. By donating, you acknowledge that you are not making a purchase but supporting the Pepecoin Nodes Map project.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are accepted only in cryptocurrency through our BTCPay portal.

All donations are final. Donations are non-refundable.

Markers and skins are permanent. For skins, make sure that your node stays connected to the one published on Pepecoin Nodes Map.

All skins and markers are added manually and can take up to 24-48 hours to appear on the map. You will receive an email with your Order ID.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for lost skins or markers due to node disconnections, network changes, or technical issues beyond our control.

Revenue Allocation

10% of all revenue is reserved for a monthly appreciation giveaway (raffle). Each order (donation) is automatically eligible for a chance to receive the monthly appreciation reward. One participant will be selected at random.

Important: Donations are voluntary and not required to participate in the Pepecoin community or access community events. Occasionally, coupons or full-price discounts may be distributed through community events or giveaways, allowing recipients to receive markers, skins, or raffle eligibility without making a donation.

The raffle drawing will be streamed live on YouTube on the first Friday of each month. Please note, the exact time of the stream may vary and could take place a day or two later. Stay tuned to our YouTube channel for updates.

The winner will be contacted via the email address they provided during their order to collect their wallet address for the reward transfer.

To ensure transparency, the source code for the raffle draw is publicly available. You can review it on our GitHub repository.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending you a receipt and Order ID.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Jurisdiction and Compliance

Our service is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do not provide legal or tax advice regarding cryptocurrency use.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of cryptocurrency complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not liable for any issues related to cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to failed payments, transaction delays, or blockchain-related errors.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logos, skins, and markers, is the property of Pepecoin Nodes Map unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in cryptocurrency regulations, server downtime, or natural disasters.
